At CTC Wellness Group, we prioritize product integrity, research quality, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Please review this policy before purchasing peptides or other laboratory for Research Use Only products before completing your purchase.

Research Peptides and Laboratory Products

All research peptides and laboratory research products are supplied for Research Use Only and are not intended in ANY circumstances for human or animal consumption. Due to the nature of our research products, product integrity, handling, storage and contamination considerations all sales of research-use products are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges of research products once they have been shipped, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to CTC Wellness Group negligence or you receive an incorrect item, please contact CTC Wellness Group within 7 days of delivery. We photograph all items before and after packaging for in-house verification. CTC wellness Group will take all proper precautions to prevent damaged products, but we cannot be liable for carrier mishandling or mismanagement. Shipping Insurance will be offered at the time of ordering through 3rd party entity, although not required, CTC Wellness highly encourages this to ENSURE any of the above problems can be mitigated.

Include: – Your order number – A description of the issue – Clear photographs of the product, vial, packaging and shipping materials when applicable.

After reviewing the information provided, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund when the issue is verified. Please retain the original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when a refund is required by applicable law or the issue resulted from an error by CTC Wellness Group.
